SENCO Planner 2024 - 2025
Building on the successful SENCO planner from 2023, we have adapted and created a fabulous planner for 2024/2025.
This is for a pre-order diary; planners will be up for order until June 22nd and will be posted out by the middle of July.
This year’s diary has 164 pages and comes in A4 size.
This is a soft-cover planner (card) with clear acetate protecting the front and back covers.
It includes:
a weekly diary and a to-do list—a double-page spread.

SEN whole school overview (for each term)
yearly overview (quick look)
monthly overview (2 months per page, August 2024–September 2025)
4 pages to store phone numbers, emails and login details
6 pages to log referrals
8 pages to store outside agency notes
3 pages to log key dates for the term (quick look)
3 pages to log courses and staff training
3 pages to log all the achievements over a term.
4 pages to log end-of-year actions
